TOP, L-R: Congressman John Duncan (R-TN), Post 2 PC Chuck Shaw, Martha Walls, SAMS Congressional NTD Representative and Congressman Mike McIntyre (D-NC), at the NTD reception on Capital Hill. Martha Walls and Chuck Shaw presented the Congressmen a plaque to commemorate their contribution to sponsoring the 2006 National Tartan Day Resolution in Congress and for establishing the Friends of Scotland Congressional Caucus. Additionally, both Congressmen were very supportive of NCTDC, SAMS and the American-Scottish Foundation initiative that resulted in the signing of the Presidential National Tartan Day Proclamation in 2008
